Cheltenham business to hold clearance sale in aid of homeless charity


Fabric, curtain and blind retailer Just Fabrics is holding a clearance sale this month and will donate half of the proceeds to local homeless charity Emmaus Gloucestershire.

This is the second time the family business has supported Emmaus Gloucestershire with its popular charity event, with its 2020 sale giving the charity a £3,500 boost.

On March 25 and 26, customers can take advantage of huge discounts on roll ends, scraps, craft bags, housewares and curtain rods – with the added convenience of knowing they’re supporting at the same time. a local charity.

Ross Pieters, Managing Director of Just Fabricssaid: “With the success of the Emmaüs charity event in 2020, we are delighted to be able to support this wonderful association again with a new sale, while choosing them as our historic charity partner.

“It is important to me and the entire Just Fabrics team to support our local community as much as possible – homelessness is an issue close to my heart, which is why Emmaus was an easy choice. Hard work and The association’s dedication to not only providing people with a safe home but also providing meaningful work in a community setting is commendable.”

The Emmaus Gloucestershire charity is said to provide a home, meaningful work and support to help people rebuild their lives after being homeless. While at Emmaus, people gain skills, experience and confidence working in the association’s four second-hand shops in Gloucester, Nailsworth and Stroud.

The two-day clearance sale takes place on March 25 and 26 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Just Fabrics’ design studio in its Cheltenham showroom. Customers can find the showroom next to Screwfix at Kingsditch Trading Estate on Runnings Road.
